These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MmowW Drone (the "Service"), provided by Sawai Gyoseishoshi Office ("we", "us"). By using the Service in United States, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

MmowW is a drone-compliance management platform built for FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) requirements. The Service is informational and does not constitute legal advice.

2. Pricing

$5.69 / aircraft / month, billed monthly via Stripe. 14-day free trial included. Cancel anytime.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your operations comply with current FAA rules.

4. Limitation of Liability

We provide the Service "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

5. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms with reasonable notice.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with venue in Hiroshima District Court, except where local mandatory consumer-protection law applies in United States.
