This Privacy Policy describes how Sawai Gyoseishoshi Office ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use MmowW Drone (the "Service") in United States.

1. Information We Collect

• Account: email, name, business name, country
• Operational: drone registrations, flight logs, maintenance records (you choose what to enter)
• Payment: handled by Stripe (we never see your card number)
• Technical: server logs (IP, user-agent) for security and abuse prevention

2. How We Use Information

• Deliver the compliance Service
• Notify you of FAA regulation updates relevant to your operation
• Improve the Service (aggregated, never sold)

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share only with: Stripe (payment), Supabase (data hosting), and the FAA where legally compelled.

4. Your Rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data anytime from your dashboard. EU/UK/Swiss residents have GDPR/UK-GDPR rights; California residents have CCPA rights; etc.

5. Data Retention

Active subscription data is retained as long as your account is active. After cancellation, we retain compliance-relevant records for 3 years (FAA Remote ID records), then delete.

6. Security

TLS 1.3 in transit, encrypted at rest, RLS-isolated per-account, audited monthly.
