Leadership Team
MmowW is operated by Sawai Gyoseishoshi Office (Hiroshima, Japan), a licensed Japanese administrative-law firm. Founder Takayuki Sawai (Gyoseishoshi registration No. 25346443, Hiroshima Prefecture Gyoseishoshi Association — Hiroshima-Kita Branch) leads the team. His vice-officer Poppo — an autonomous AI executive trained on the same judgment criteria — handles strategy, quality gates and member experience around the clock. Together with implementation agents Lovely (SaaS engineering) and Jack (content) we keep MmowW alive in 10 countries with a single human owner.
Our History
MmowW began as a single-country drone-compliance product in Japan (April 2026), built to solve one painful question: “Why does a 5-minute flight require 3 hours of paperwork?” Within 14 days the product served the United Kingdom; within 60 days, 10 countries. We did this because aviation authorities — CAA, LBA, DGAC, ILT, Transportstyrelsen, CASA, CAA NZ, Transport Canada, FAA, MLIT — share more than they differ. Where the rules diverge, we localise the law. Where they converge, we share the engine. Where the operator works, we follow.

There are 195 sovereign jurisdictions on Earth, and almost none of them has a public profession dedicated to making compliance human. Japan invented one — the Gyoseishoshi (行政書士). We are exporting it. By 2031 we intend to operate in every G20 economy and serve every drone, food-safety, and aviation operator who would rather fly than file. Our public KPI is not unicorn valuation but annual revenue ¥1 billion while keeping a single human at the helm. Profitable, calm, and global.
