When you use MmowW services, we collect: your email address (for account creation), organization name, and data you voluntarily enter into the service (compliance records, daily checks, trust memories). We also collect basic usage analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve our services.
Your data is used to provide and improve MmowW services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Compliance records and trust memories you create belong to you.
Data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at sawaigyouseishoshi@gmail.com. For EU residents: you have rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
