Three-Way Joy Charter — Australia

Operators · Citizens · CASA — all winning together.

This is our public covenant. Strong. Kind. Beautiful.

Our Four Promises

Compliance is not a burden — it is a craft. Here is how we serve everyone.

Chapter I

Compliance with the Japanese Gyoseishoshi Act

MmowW is operated by Sawai Gyoseishoshi Office, a licensed Japanese administrative-law firm registered with the Hiroshima Prefecture Gyoseishoshi Association (Branch: Hiroshima-Kita, registration No. 25346443). Article 1 of the Gyoseishoshi Act (行政書士法) obliges us to act with public trust and uphold the dignity of the profession (Articles 9, 10). Article 12 binds every Gyoseishoshi to confidentiality without time limit. We extend that obligation to every line of code in MmowW: your records remain yours, audit-ready, never resold, never shared without lawful basis.

Chapter II

Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed under the legal regimes applicable in Australia (UK GDPR, EU GDPR, APP, PIPEDA, CCPA, Privacy Act 2020 — whichever applies to you). We collect only what CASA compliance requires: pilot identifiers, aircraft serials, flight logs, and incident records. We never sell. We never train models on your operational data. We retain logs per the longest applicable statutory period (currently 7 years for CASA). Right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection are granted within 30 days of a verified request to info@mmoww.net.

Chapter III

User Rights & Member Protection

Every member retains five inalienable rights:

  • Right to fly — your data never blocks your flight
  • Right to leave — full export to PDF / CSV / JSON in one click, anytime
  • Right to know — every change to terms, prices, or features is announced 30 days in advance
  • Right to be heard — every complaint receives a human reply within 3 business days
  • Right to refund — within 14 days, no questions, no friction
The free access requires no card needed. We honor cancellation by a single click in your dashboard.

Chapter IV

Reporting Channels & Whistleblower Policy

MmowW publishes a public reporting channel for any concern — regulatory, ethical, technical or commercial: https://mmoww.net/au/feedback/ and info@mmoww.net. Reports may be anonymous. We commit to: (a) acknowledge within 24 hours; (b) classify within 72 hours; (c) resolve or escalate within 14 days; (d) publish quarterly summary of categories handled. Whistleblowers are protected from retaliation under the Gyoseishoshi Act and applicable Australia whistleblower legislation. Bad-faith reports are handled under the same Article 12 confidentiality.

Chapter V

Revision History & Public Accountability

This Charter is versioned. Material amendments are announced at least 30 days in advance via dashboard banner, email, and the public changelog. Each version carries a date, author (Director Sawai or Vice-officer Poppo), and one-line rationale. Past versions remain available at https://mmoww.net/au/charter/. Current version: v1.0 — 27 April 2026. Next review: October 2026. The Charter is the only document that out-ranks the Terms of Service in disputes between operator-protection and corporate convenience: when in doubt, the operator wins.

The Philosophy: 強く・優しく・美しく

強く (Strong) — When the CASA updates a rule, we update MmowW Drone the same day.

優しく (Kind) — A pilot in Australia pays A$29.99 / month. One clear price.

美しく (Beautiful) — Every form, every log, every alert is designed so a five-year-old smiles.
