The incorporation date is entered during the company formation document preparation workflow. If you import an existing company, you enter the date manually. All statutory deadlines are then calculated from that anchor date.
Q: Can I customise alert timing?
Yes. Default alerts are sent at 30 days, 14 days, and 3 days before each deadline. You can adjust these windows in Dashboard Settings, or add custom alerts for specific documents.
Q: What happens if a government changes a deadline rule?
