MmowW Scrib🐮 — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MmowW Scrib🐮 ("Service"), operated by Sawai Gyoseishoshi Office ("we," "us," "MmowW"). By creating an account or purchasing any Pass, you ("Member" or "Pass Subscriber") agree to these Terms.

本利用規約は、さわい行政書士事務所が運営する「MmowW Scrib🐮」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスのアカウントを作成するか、いずれかのパスをご購入いただいた時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

§0. Three-Way Joy (三方楽 / San-Pou-Raku / Gokuraku)

Our Operating Principle

MmowW operates on the Three-Way Joy principle (三方楽 / San-Pou-Raku / Gokuraku — "blissful for all parties"). Every action and feature in Scrib🐮 must produce joy across the GIFA (Gyoseishoshi · Information · Function · Action) circulation:

  1. MmowW (Sawai Gyoseishoshi Office) — earns sustainable revenue to keep operating.
  2. Member / Pass Subscriber — receives clear, accurate document templates and guidance, faster than DIY research.
  3. End-User (the counterparty receiving the document — landlord, employee, registrar, etc.) — receives a well-drafted document grounded in publicly cited legal sources.
  4. GIFA Circulation — knowledge flows from authorities → Scrib🐮 → Member → End-User, and feedback flows back, improving every cycle.

If any feature, term, or fee breaks the Three-Way Joy circulation, we are committed to revising it. Members may report imbalance via info@mmoww.net.

「三方楽（San-Pou-Raku／Gokuraku）」は MmowW の運営原則です。MmowW⇔メンバー⇔エンドユーザー⇔GIFA循環の四者すべてに楽（よろこび）が循環することを、設計・価格・約款のすべてに優先します。

§1. Eligibility & Account

  1. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
  2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to keep it updated.
  3. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.
  4. One Pass = one Member. Sharing accounts across organizations is prohibited unless covered by a separate written agreement.

§2. Service Description

Scrib🐮 provides:

§3. Pass-Based Subscription

  1. Access is granted via fixed-duration Passes: 1-Month (¥22,000), 2-Month (¥33,000), 6-Month (¥88,000), 12-Month (¥132,000).
  2. Every Pass unlocks all 18 cells and all 5 modules — there are no per-cell unlock fees.
  3. Passes are billed in advance via Stripe. A 14-day free trial is offered to new Members; the trial ends automatically and the Pass is charged unless cancelled.
  4. Passes do not auto-renew unless explicitly enabled by the Member.

MmowW Scrib🐮 is NOT a certification body, auditor, regulator, court, bar association, or legal authority in any country. We do not certify, license, or accredit any document, person, or business. References to national authorities (e.g., 法務局, Companies House, Delaware Division of Corporations, BMJV) are for informational orientation only.
MmowW Scrib🐮 は認証機関・監査機関・規制当局・裁判所・弁護士会・法的権威ではありません。書類・個人・事業を認定または認証することはありません。各国当局への参照は情報提供のみを目的としています。

§6. Intellectual Property

  1. Templates, wizards, copy, and code are the property of Sawai Gyoseishoshi Office, protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
  2. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use generated documents for your own (or your client's, if you are a professional Member) lawful purposes.
  3. You retain ownership of the data you input. We retain ownership of templates and the generation logic.

§7. Service Modification & Termination Rights (1)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, cell, module, or pricing tier at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: legal change, technical failure, security risk, abuse, or commercial unviability. Where reasonably possible, we will give Members 30 days' advance notice and pro-rata refunds for prepaid time on discontinued features.

§8. Disclaimers — "AS IS" & UPL Compliance

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR COMPLETENESS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MMOWW DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES (DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE) ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

本サービスは法令情報および書類テンプレートの提供であり、個別事案に対する法的助言ではありません。本サービスのご利用により、弁護士・行政書士その他の専門家との委任関係は成立しません。重要な法律問題については、必ず管轄国の有資格専門家（弁護士・行政書士等）にご相談ください。生成された書類があなたの具体的なユースケース・管轄・相手方に対して法的に十分であるかの確認は、すべてご利用者ご自身の責任で行ってください。

§9. Service Termination Rights (2) — Member-side

  1. You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard or by emailing info@mmoww.net.
  2. We may terminate or suspend any account, with or without notice, for: violation of these Terms, fraud, payment failure, abuse, or any conduct we determine harms the Service or other Members.
  3. Upon termination, your access to Pass features ends. Document data is retained / deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

§10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
  2. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court (東京地方裁判所), Japan, as the court of first instance.
  3. Members may also bring claims in their local courts where consumer protection law mandates a non-waivable forum.

§11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
