0. Purpose and Philosophy

MmowW exists for one purpose: to create a world where everyone involved achieves "Gokuraku" — a state of bliss.

For organizations ("Members"): Tools so intuitive that AI compliance management becomes effortless, freeing you to focus on using AI responsibly and productively.
For employees: Clear, daily guidance on AI literacy and responsible AI use — building competence and confidence.
For MmowW: A sustainable platform that grows because every participant genuinely benefits, not because anyone is locked in.

ClearAI Trust OS by MmowW is operated by Sawai Gyoseishoshi Office, a licensed Gyoseishoshi (行政書士) office in Japan. We are not a certification body, not a legal advisor, and not a regulatory authority. We build tools. The best tools in the world.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClearAI Trust OS by MmowW (the "Service"), including the AI compliance library, guides, SaaS platform, and diagnostic tools at mmoww.net/ai/ and clearaios.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Sawai Gyoseishoshi Office ("we," "us," or "MmowW"), a licensed Gyoseishoshi (行政書士) office registered in Japan.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ClearAI Trust OS by MmowW provides:

AI Compliance Library: Evidence-based articles on AI regulations, including the EU AI Act, national AI legislation, and international AI governance frameworks.
Free Diagnostic: "Are you AI Act ready?" self-assessment tool for organizations.
SaaS Platform: AI policy creation, daily compliance checks (quizzes), FAQ learning system, Trust Memory (compliance evidence recording), Trust Score, team management dashboard, and audit readiness tools.
Guides: Practical compliance guides including AI policy creation, EU AI Act Article 4 & 50 compliance, SME record-keeping, and more.

3. Subscription, Trial, and Pricing

The SaaS platform offers a 14-day free access period with all features included. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription at $19/month (up to 10 users included; additional users at $3/user/month).

Founding members who subscribe during the early phase receive a price-lock on their subscription rate for as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice to affected members. Existing subscribers on a prepaid term will retain their current rate until the end of that term.

Cancellation is available at any time. Upon cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days, after which it may be archived.

4. Member Obligations

As a member (organization), you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information about your organization.
Use the daily check and Trust Memory features honestly and not fabricate compliance data.
Maintain your own independent AI regulatory compliance — MmowW is a management tool, not a substitute for legal advice or regulatory compliance.
Keep your account credentials secure and not share them.

5. Member Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the SaaS platform (AI policies, daily check results, Trust Memory records, team data). Your compliance data is stored securely and is only accessible to your organization's authorized users.

Trust Memory export (CSV, Audit Pack, Evidence Log) files are generated on-demand in your browser and are not stored on our servers.

IMPORTANT: Compliance Authority Limits

ClearAI Trust OS by MmowW is NOT a legal advisory service, certification body, auditor, or regulatory authority.
ClearAI Trust OS by MmowW does NOT certify, guarantee, or verify AI regulatory compliance.
Trust Scores and compliance indicators are based on self-reported data entered by organization members through the SaaS platform.
Final AI compliance decisions rest exclusively with qualified legal counsel and applicable regulatory authorities.
ClearAI Trust OS by MmowW is operated by Sawai Gyoseishoshi Office — a licensed Gyoseishoshi office that provides technology tools, not legal certification.

6. Library and Guides — Informational Only

The AI compliance library articles, guides, and diagnostic tools are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are based on publicly available regulatory texts and guidance but do not constitute legal advice.

Always consult qualified legal professionals for compliance decisions specific to your organization and jurisdiction.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Liability

ClearAI Trust OS by MmowW is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to regulatory penalties, fines, or business losses.

Members are responsible for maintaining their own legal compliance with applicable AI regulations.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or use the platform to misrepresent your compliance status. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at sawaigyouseishoshi@gmail.com.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan. For EU/UK users, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights under local law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform and/or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
